I wonder if David Skriloff is really the CEO of EPT or is he just acting CEO facilitating the merger, due to his knowledge of public companies and the SEC...? Seems like he has a lot on his plate already with MKM Capital Advisors, LLC and MKM Opportunity Master Fund, Ltd.

MKM invests in numerous companies, perhaps they bought out Elsa Prince or Mike/Shane Sims stake in EPT...??

Who knows, it's all speculation at this point, just have to wait and see what happens. IMO they would have to really screw this up not to see multiple $$$'s here.
