Scott, if the reports are only good for a week or 2, then it rules out the thought that the upcoming privately issued share release has anything to do with them putting out the report when they did. The report came out 8 days before the upcoming share release.

After several days of quite robust volume on the blockbuster acquisition announcement, the volume had withered back down to almost nothing. Now with the See-Through update having come out, we have seen an uptick in volume. Increasing trading volume on the stock is going to be critical for the upcoming equity raise. The only way they are going to get any institutions to participate in the raise is to demonstrate at least a modicum of trading liquidity on the stock.
