So this stock has been taken over TWICE yet neither time did it get reinstated on FL SOS. I have to say that is a first Ive seen. One would think the very first step would be bringing it back active....



I dont know if they are aware that they are dangerously late on filings. and to top it off SOS is inactive for a while now.



Might as well just deregister and do OTCM filings instead.... Anyways it seems this stock is cursed.
