It's hardly running. There've been a few trades but they haven't amounted to anything. It happens now and again with any $.0001 ticker. People think they can manipulate the trading with a little bit of cash to generate interest. They're usually wrong and the result is that a few naïve traders get stuck with worthless shares in a dead ticker.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
