You are precisely correct in your post. What I find hard to believe is that at the brink of having the formula upgraded and with having a partner finding funding why the failure if all is true to the story. I would have been on the phone for weeks,months, what ever it took to get interested people.
The Oral-lyn is suppose to be a real unique product why wouldn't the brink of success make someone pop for a chance at funding it and possibly for a big return as their reward? But then again we don't know the data at least not anymore at all.
But silencing the issue is strange to suspicious and doesn't look good. And above all to think that it would enable a rs is premeditating in my opinion.
I can look at it like they wanted it easy without really completeing anything and still be comfortable without getting caught in anything and then when their clear of what they want to get rid of like share holder numbers they can always go to finalazation, or its possibly a skull bones rip off. As I said the end will tell.
I know I sound distrusting no one needs to tell me that but I really don't see much professionalism in them either and the rs is a dagger you thrust into your worst enemy. Failing to that point IF it was is poor as can be but the question of pure scandal to me got even larger.
