I find this company very frustrating. They are in the right business at the right time in the right country. However, they need to get their house in order and take advantage of their unique situation. One thing, though, is they're going to need to refile their paperwork ASAP. Otherwise, things will drag out.

Obviously, they've made mistakes in the past. They need to get beyond this quagmire, move forward and follow all the accounting rules in the future.
