I've done some deep digging, and surmise the Bauman group has probably accumulated over 210 million shares.

Then there are certain long time private placement holders from 4-5 years ago holding another 100 million+ between 1-2 cents.

By my estimation, there are probably less than 80 million shares on the street, of which new holders are not going to let go of til this new deal fleshes out.
