I don't really see any thing from a DD perspective that would cause this volume spike. SHRV is basically a shell company, with a recent Chinese change in control and with new American company officers put in place, beyond that I don't see much else.

The volume is unusual and the trading does seem to be promo-like, to a degree....but....if they are in the process of a merger, the timing of a promo now certainly does not seem very wise. Especially under Chinese ownership, your just asking to be halted by the SEC if they get wind of a p&d prior to a merger.

I am personally not buying this yet, just simply based on out of the blue volume, need to see some details first....but it is certainly worth watching.
