Share structure from the TA last week
**Attached is the current share structure, note the shares authorized are 200,000,000, the total outstanding shares are 191,275,065 shares, the free trading shares are 59,962,752 and the restricted shares are 131,312,313 at this time.
The numbers are the same for the last several yrs except the AS has been reduced 50 mil from 250 mil to 200 mil. there is no dilution. The company is has been a security vendor for Alcoa for over 10 yrs. On Alcoa alone they are profitable. Debt free, no dilution. MJ is the most surveilled industry in the world HSCC has been involved in mj for about 6 yrs starting in CO when the industry was budding. GW worked with gov regulators in CO during those early yrs helping to define the regulations on MJ. GW is an expert on all surveillance/cameras security systems. HSCC bid the WA state pot consultant contract(2013) placing in the top 5 out of over 100 companies. HSCC took the experience in CO and are working in other states in the NW. HSCC is more than just a surveillance company it is a group of consultants from many aspects of MJ all experts in their field. This team was originally put together to bid the WA state contract. They have been doing this quietly for the last 3 yrs. This is a real sleeper MJ play.
HSCC is and has been under accumulation by guys working to get 500k shares for coveted BC membership.
It can be bought in the mid .02s today but with the small float it won't be here long.
BC members are locking up the float. BC price target is far higher than current levels and those shares members own wont be available for trade anytime soon.
