We may reach $5.00 before we put in a bottom. Let's face it--management sold a ton of share near the top and have purchased a mere fraction back--and made sure they announced the fact that they BOUGHT shares back.

And it is obvious that the management does not know how to communicate to the public. I used to dismiss that due to Norwegian being their first language. But no more. These press releases a 10 grader could do--and fail English class.

The more I see these unprofessional PR's, the more I doubt the credibility of management--and the savvy of management.

I would not be surprised if they improved their communications strategy, the stock would be higher. This declining price goes beyond the declining dividend. It is because of a declining confidence in management's ability to manage. Managing communications is part of management.
