I just realized...

...that with Sarepeta's sale of their non-core asset for $125m...they now have enough to outright buy both Summit and Catabasis outright (the 2 companies they have been working with)...not to mention EASILY buying CATB by itself...so whether it is some good news from something they have collectively done together OR some type of buyout...I'd be happy at these prices either way (especially considering both options are on the table)...and this would explain the recent secret and heavy accumulation out or NOWHERE on NO NEWS
