BH stole the money. The bank statements clearly show it. Also, all the documents showing double dealings. I am responding to you only because if anyone thinks the man is honest, that person might decide to give this crook a second chance. Barry Henthorn is a crook. A fraud, a cheat. And your know it. And your statement that everybody will always go for the most money is really not true. BH behavior is pathological. What could be more pathological than issuing hundreds, maybe even more than one thousand checks for which there were no funds, opening new accounts all the time in order to keep the IRS from confiscating more funds. All because he wouldn't pay the payroll taxes for which he was given monies. Anyone with a shred of decency would not use company cards to go out to eat, again and again and again and again. Withdraw funds in cash. He is a mentally ill man. Now, he cannot solve the company's problems because of all the accumulated debts including many that will not go away. The man is mentally ill. he is an alcoholic, etc, etc, etc.
