Remember multiple noteholders can have 9.99% of the OS at anytime, meaning billions out there have been issued below .0001 and unable to be sold into the market yet due to lack of bids. So while there likely isn't "new" dilution, there's billions of shares in the OS that noteholders haven't been able to sell yet....

I'll keep adding here but only with "excess" cash as I love playing the market!! Here, if people buy, they have no idea when they'll be ABLE to sell!
