** Extends gains after rising 4.3 pct on Tuesday, when the company announced pricing of its loan facility at $405 mln
** The term loan was priced at LIBOR plus 500 basis points
** Company intends to use the net proceeds to refinance the existing loan and pay fees related to the term loans
** More than 1.4 mln shares traded, 1.9x 30-day moving avg
** Up to Tuesday's close, stock had risen about 37 pct YTD
