You know what Investorguy, you need to call IPCY and tell them to issue a PR telling the public about how they acquired the shell and whether Paul Taylor has more than ten percent. There's a chance these guys are legit. and they need to put out their garbage. Paul Taylor is baggage to any company that wants investors to take it seriously, and they can dispel the rumors.

There's a probability that they simply gave Paul some shares, told him to go do what he has to do with them, and went about their business. And that would be fine. So if you have a position here and want to help the company out, pass along the sound advice I have provided here.
