The local police just turned a murder case over to the Illinois state police. I guess it is now a cold case file. They have some DNA evidence but don't have a suspect. After 10 years, the killer can grow a beard, shave his head, and even burn off his finger prints, but he can never change his "dna print".
If we can draw them a picture of the killer from his DNA, do we get the reward? gene
