I think someone was just testing to see if anyone was under .0095. So they could put their sell order in less than the hidden order next time. Or to get the shares at .0035 or so if someone was hiding shares. IB allows u to sell all hidden amounts Ive heard. But only through their desktop version.

Depending on your broker if someone was hiding 9900 at .0075 u would get filled at .0075 instead of .0095 even though u put ur order at .0095 limit. Etrade is pretty good about seeking out hidden orders. Most other brokers Ive used will just make it at the offer price and give that person at .0075 a better fill. TDA sometimes works with it.
