Investor Help (NO Ihub questions)

I have Private placement questions. Not sure if this is the right place to pose these questions but I wanted to do a private placement with a Canadian cannabis company today/next week.

They have sent me the information but I had two questions:

1) The terms say I can not do anything with the shares for 6 months. And I can exercise the warrants after 12 months...After the 6 months, how would I go about trading the shares? and how would I go about exercising the warrants? I use TD Ameritrade.

2) What proof would I be required to show that I am an accredited investor?
