Whatever the reason is, te way how things have been managed isn't like professionals do.
Many stocks have a start-price in the dollar-range (don't know exactly how I have to write it- sorry for my English), and for many years they are pennies (0......-something)!
And not any person is ever interesd in bying this stocks, so
this can be possible for AURC and NDOL too.
