Two Form 4's filed this a.m. Indicates Miroslaw Gorny sold his shares to NRG as outlined in the 8-K from Jan. 23rd.

Also indicates that Gorny is salary paid, not paid in shares. Always good when the owner can pay his President in money and not shares.

The later filing shows the shares sold. The earlier filing discloses his position before he sold.

Should start getting interesting.
