I'm leaning toward the Choicetrade deal being fraudulent info

He put out an 8k in summer of 2015 about it. He then put out 8ks in May and Nov of 2016 rehashing the same crap. Meanwhile, he does not respond to emails and still nothing in the way of filings. There's a chance I'm wrong of course, but c'mon now. Does it really take two years to close the deal?
