I am in another ticker that recently filed for a name change. They are predicting it to take up to 30 days.

Since the announcement on Jan 10th that they had decided on Endo BioSciences a similar time table would mean we should have it any day. I suspect that they began the new filing paperwork post the decision so you can give or take a few days but I would expect they did it within a week of the PR.

So a week + 30 from the pr means we should be seeing this in short order. I don't have any experience from other completed name changes so others can correct me if 30 days is unreasonable.

Only reason I can think it takes longer than mid month is if they didn't do the paper work promptly. Does anyone remember if the CC said they had filed or were planning to file the paperwork? That would extend the timeline as well.
