Interesting news. Basically the tech they are getting from Glag is nonsense. If it were anything, Glag would have announced they had it months ago.

Simply a way for Grnh to take an equity stake in Glag. I wonder what they mean when they say the common stock and preferred shares they are getting is non dilutive? Will it be all preferred stock?

Only 1 million shares out on Glag so this wouldn't mean much stock.

Tells us Glag didn't sell the shell and keeping it in house. Hopefully jim Haas has something big in store
