It's getting even better.... that this is a real reverse merger taking place because another name in that filing from today (Richard Oravec) is linked to IPO alternatives

Look at this:

So this could refer to a pending reverse merger and the fact that Richard Oravec's name is in the filing next to the name Dequn Wang is no coincidence imo. I think he's using Oravec's knowledge for doing an IPO alternative (= buying/merging into the shell of DOLV)
