Littlebanc Advisors and Affiliate LB Merchant Lead $3.2 Million Investment in PSM Holdings, Inc., a Full-Correspondent Mortgage Lender

DELRAY BEACH, FL--(Marketwired - April 03, 2014) - Littlebanc Advisors, LLC and affiliate LB Merchant, LLC are pleased to announce the completion of a $3.2 million investment in PSM Holdings, Inc. (OTCQB: PSMH) in the form of Series C and Series D Convertible Preferred Stock. Littlebanc acted as the sole placement agent for both the Series C and Series D shares. In the offering Littlebanc married firms and individuals, leading the investment with $1.8 million of their own investor's capital via LB Merchant's second investment in the company, and bringing together two other institutional investors to fill the remaining $1.4 million of the offering. 

PSM Holdings Chairman Jeff Smith commented on the deal, saying, "In the last few quarters we have completed a total upgrade of our internal systems and delegated platform, this funding was the final piece necessary for us to execute our plans."
