Are you serious? How do you think the laws get written? A few years ago I was involved with a buddy of mine and we were exploring moving to Portland and starting a grow... We met with some people up there who were beyond connected... The one we were talking to told us that his group.... They were going to corner the market on the dispensaries in Oregon... And they were working with lawmakers as "consultants" to write the laws...
