It says the producer is assisting.

Yes, and if they were the distributor it would say they are the distributor. Instead, they are "assisting". To anyone familiar with the word games these scams play that means they are "assisting" Nate distribute, which can mean anything. Bottom line is that NHMD does not have a distributor.
