LOL Hey SIIX.

Lots going on. Wife retiring. Sold home in half moon bay in one day for more than we asked....and price was 85% higher than what we paid for it 26 months ago. Unreal.
Bought a home in Scottsdale AZ.
Moving underway.

Otherwise we are ok. lol

Trump effect still in play with the markets. He slams a stock it drops buy it and next day it goes back up and then some. LOL we will see if his honeymoon continues.
