https://www.otcmarkets.com/stock/CHOS/profile - No article. Company profile shows shares at 485M on Dec 31 and float at 67M plus. The last quarterly was 415M and 57M float. Clearly some financing or Incito conversion or both took place and they needed 10k at least to stay current on pinkies. With 600 in the bank at last report before whatever happened to increase shares to near the limit while accounting for all other convertibles one would think some announcement would have taken place.
