I disagree. I don't think you understand their plan. They are buying testing companies who don't currently offer MJ testing and they will add it to them. This makes sense to me for a couple reasons:
1) they can value the company they are buying based on current financials unlike purchasing an existing MJ lab where you now have to pay a huge premium based on the perceived value they now have from the changes in the laws.
2) These existing businesses should be able to stand on their own from day 1 from their existing business and the MJ business will be on top of that.
