Interesting 8-k about the promos. I like these parts:

"No directors, officers, or control persons have sold or purchased BKIT securities within the past 90 days."

"To date, the company has not issued any shares or convertible instruments allowing conversion to equity securities."

So no dilution and insiders own about 65% of the OS. BKIT is down recently following the promos, but long term prospects look pretty good IMO.
