This company is f'ed for life, imo.

So many negatives, and losing money hand over fist.

CEO - issues himself 10M shares at 1 penny...lol, two weeks ago or was it 6 weeks ago or was it a total scam to dump shares on investors.

S-1 says they will dilute until the cows come home, but the cows ran away...lol

Equity it says.... WHAT EQUITY? 1.2M market cap...

More pumping to sell worthless paper to pay officers who suck?

Float is up to nearly 40M from 25M two weeks ago...
