Either some one is dumping shares on the news, or no one believes the news?

I hope the news is true and happens, as I am trapped here, since 2009, currently at about $13/share (nearly $10,000 loss now).

I held on through the R/M due to Chris, the CEO, that is the second largest shareholder (did own about 95% when he did the R/M takeover). So far he has done what he set out to do, but is taken a long time and the stock price has suffered so far.

If they actually file SEC revenue this year that should be a huge help physiologically for the stock, or better if an unknown distributor actually moves any $$$ volume? But they did not say who the distributor was? No projected sales revenue?

I had high renewed hopes when the auditor news disaster was turned around and the financials were brought current again with major positive news..... But now we are back at all time lows again.
