That speculation is hardly baseless and is a concern that anyone without an agenda would be concerned with.

What's baseless is the claims that this company is legitimate. The patent was all they had and now it's value has been disproven. ESCU appears to have nothing but an old, outdated $10 patent.

Just see page 19 and it's clearly stated the value is $10.
