We already know the issuance of the patent is just finalization of legalities and a payment. Our patent attorney told us it would be 3 to 6 weeks after allowance which was right at Christmas. We have it and that's really good news. My thinking is all right we have the patent now we need the F 50 to pan out. Again from Dr. Leonard's nature from past posts to the shareholders, he's not going to mention he's working with the F50 and then have it not come through. That's not happening. That's not how he operates
