UNDERSTAND THIS. the merger has been going on for a few months already these things take time. just because investors found the dd early before any formal public announcement can not make the process move any faster. since seeing investors taking notice early McCusker has done a fantastic job keeping share holders in the loop and confirming the merger even gone so far as to release a pr for us about what is going on. again it wont make the process move faster. so because you see no filings yet is because we are early to the party is exactly what experienced investors expect. filings should not have been out months ago and should not be out this week they will be out when they are out the same they would have been if no one saw the dd before McCusker announcing the merger into ORRV
