The fact ETSY has no contact phone number for customers and they make it difficult for customers to contact them in serious issues will continually hurt the profit margin big time. It is what will continually hurt them against other companies that have 24/7 customer phone support. The are robotic with there emails also. Very vague with communication they send out remade emails rather then emails designed to address the actual issue with the customer. Many customers just won't deal with Etsy any more. I suspect the profit margins remain stagnant unless the change protocol. ETSY
