There are two things that I am watching and expecting to happen. Ticker change, and transfer to Bevo Argo ticker (USA version).

Someone bought big today, and it only tells me that that person knows something. That was nearly $500 worth of shares.

My opinion? I see a lot of things lining up and from the theories that my friend I discussed, it made a lot of sesnse of the direction that Bevo Argo is going.

A) Bevo Argo bought URBF to buy the rights of Cubic Farming, know hows, rights to sell what they are growing...everything for $115,000 USD. (Strange for someone to easily give it up for that much money? I don't buy it.)

B) URBF had 500 million shares and it was RS to 25 million. (Why bother? They sold URBF to Bevo...what's the point of RS if they are going out of business? There's a reason...)

C) Bevo Argo has 25.57 million shares. URBF has 25 million shares. CAD/USD ratio almost lines up.

D) URBF Shareholders in the management sector has NOT sold URBF shares...They know what's to come. Thus why they sold it for so little, so that they can get their shares absorbed and profit a lot from it.

E) They are bound by law and APA contract not to discuss what went on between the two. They have not told us anything. So, speculations runs with given facts.

F) Bevo Argo is traded in CAD (limited market), but once they acquire the shares from URBF which is traded in USD, they have access to the US market and meets the goal of Bevo Argo to expand.

G) Bevo Argo listed as expense to Computershare, a transfer agency, which is responsible of handling stock. They had a meeting on December 5th, but I do not know what was on the agenda, but we assume that it had to do with URBF. Computershare is based in Australian...why spend the money to fly out to Canada for December 5th meeting?

Having that said, I'm going to watch for the next few weeks. If nothing happens after February 1st...then I'm out.
