I also received an e-mail from Mr. Piven..they are out..as FG stated..I wonder if ANY of the other firms have even looked at the facts in this case..we had two quarters where the numbers were off and Rich made statements about what was going to happen at Sevu...how many companies have fallen behind on production?? Fell short of sales?? Is this the basis for a lawsuit?? What did Rich or Sevu gain from the statements made??? If Rich would have sold shares last fall THEN there might be a case...he has lost more than anyone else.... Bigbizz
