Repeated shady corporate actions, phony subsidiaries, false PRs, Harmon's clear history of ticker/shareholder destruction. Oh and now red tape on opening transactions nationwide. I've been in the otc game for years, dealt with all types of caveat emptor designations, F stocks, suspended securities and this is one of maybe five that I've seen flagged for paper certs only on transactions by US brokers.
I respect your bulletproof courage as a speculator but will not refrain from warning you that Harmon and crew are famous for fraud, lies, deceit, and theft.
So play the volatility not the story because manipulation is the only pattern to study.
Again, aim high but don't let the dream of this Knight filing lead you to believe in the story. This company is a volatility/ suspension play, period. I'd hate to see you holding a .50 cent stock that you cannot sell. Believe me I've been there and it blows. 100-500% is epic, aiming higher carries all out risk of total loss.
