When there is potentially good news...Mother Teresa suddenly disappears...Obviously these shares were reclassified..Restricted shares have a legend that must be removed.

Your question is a good one, Several explanations going through my mind are

A sale to accredited investor
Could be used to acquire another entity
Some Joint venture in the works
