You know what you and a whole bunch of people here do not understand are the ramifications of the approval of our application. It will introduce an entire new product into an entrenched business that brings billions into the coffers of states and the Federal government. This is a very politically charged issue and don't think the FDA bureaucrats don't know this. Some of the FDA people want cigarettes outlawed period! They kill 20 million people in the world every year but the tax revenue is staggering. Can you imagine what the tax consequences will be for national marajuana? Look at Colorado as an example. Our weed potential is enormous. They have what 75 different types of weed in Colorado of different strengths.
We could make one size and make it any power.

But the VLN application is not that difficult as they funded part of it. I think they are consulting major tobacco and the different medical offices to see how they weight their decision. I feel all along we were better doing this overseas but the FDA is the gold standard albeit useless to a great degree. With the data from the first trial a turn down would look suspicious. This is not I repeat a new drug. It is a worldwide health matter that has to be addressed sooner or later. Lets hope it is sooner.
