The issues of the private individual to whom you refer are strictly private issues, which while unfortunate, are in no way connected with the operation of the company.
Unless you can present a finding by competent authority that whatever personal problems the individual experienced in his life were the direct cause of the operation of Telvue Corporation, then you are making the wildest of stretches to try to associate issues in one persons life due to advanced age and infirmity with this communications hardware and software company.
