Post# of 38595
As some of you may have read my last posts. I've gone back and compiled everything together. I would like everyone to know where I stand before they read this. I am long on this company. All of my shares are from over a year ago and although I haven't added more it's because I am comfortable with my current share total. I have never sold and only accumulated. Everyone has their own stance on this company and as of late there has been a lot more posters coming to this page to express their feelings. As far as I'm concerned I've been in since going back to the Jeffery Sarvis CEO days and even with the stock price spiking to a new high of .0098 (a 1400% profit) I could not bring myself to sell. Some will say it was foolish to not lock in profits, some will be with me as a long dedicated to the companies best interests, but as always I will stand by my choice and belief that there will be more for this company in the near and future. I would like to state a few things that may help some of you decide whether to invest or not and I only leave this DD here to help people that want more info and find it hard to do so on their own....Now, I read the sticky above and there are great points and also a few items that I believe stand to be corrected. I could be wrong and I would love to hear your feed back and if you have anything else to share about SHOM:

It is true that kc holdings had Vcorp as their agent out of Nevada. And possibly shom too however shom is now a foriegn profit corporation domesticated in Wyoming and silver shield services inc is the agent. They have had their status dissolved in Nevada

Vcorp llc operates in the same manner as silver shield services inc as they are both incorpating companies. However silver shield offers incorporation in Wyoming. I will post the link below and you can navigate the webpage on why shom would rather inc in Wyoming due to reporting bylaws, staying anonymous during incorporating process such using agent names instead of their own names in filings, etc.

So to say vcorp is the backbone to shom is a stretch...

Npq is another story as there are some connections with the Malaysian region as well as with trying to become the largest IT company in the region. (Also mr. Willy Kim's official name is Wee Lee Kim). NPQ has similarities in company affiliation with AJGH also known as aj greentech and also aj telematics. Whom purchased skyeye:dms I believe in June. Skyeye:dms developed a recording and monitoring device for companies to track vehicles. Coca Cola east Japan purchased 12 devices back in June of this year for testing. *(THIS IS ALLEGED DUE TO THE PENDING NEWS ON SHOM USING AGENTS TO DELIVER AND SIGN PRODUCT CONTRACT)* I have not looked more into this besides their Twitter.

https://mobile.twitter.com/AJGH_Holdings/status/747475626567753732

AJ Greentech entered into the asia pacific market as well and has signed a mou with Asia pacific telecommunications August as well as entered into the iCloud IoT security market with a potential $600m per year market in Taiwan alone.

http://m.marketwired.com/press-release/aj-greentech-holdings-enter-into-icloud-security-which-represents-potential-market-600-otc-pink-ajgh-2130125.htm

I understand that these revenues don't directly relate to shom as is but if the wearable monitoring devices that shom Is marketing do coincide with the technology ajgh is developing than there is a lot more to these recent developments.

Coca Cola east Japan was rumored to have already purchased 3000 units for testing

http://m.marketwired.com/press-release/southern-home-medical-inc-subsidiary-signs-testing-contract-with-coca-cola-east-japan-otc-pink-shom-2180109.htm

Whether or not it was Coca Cola east Japan (they have denied the contracts still somewhat in the air, but it looks to be at least true that 3000 units have been sold to someone affiliated with CCEJ

And that payment on the deal has been received and the shipment has been scheduled for delivery

In this news article it's reported that "Southern Home Medical Inc. is announcing that the letter of credit has been issued from TB Group for the above-mentioned order and SHOM's Taiwan subsidiary has scheduled the product shipment on next week.
George Chang, Chief Executive Officer of SHOM, commented, "The Taiwan subsidiary will continue working with TB Group in securing letters of credit for orders and delivering product for other larger Japanese companies."

The Taiwan subsidiary mentioned is believed to be CES TECHNOLOGY which was acquired by SHOM back in march of this year. CES will be helping in the development of the vmws's for shom. This press release includes a little bit of the operating plan as well fees that will be charged to help build profit/revenue margins. .

This post links kc global in their strategic partnership with what was at the time a recently mergered ces tech. Ltd

http://m.marketwired.com/press-release/southern-home-medical-inc-announces-acquisition-ces-technology-ltd-strategic-partnership-otc-pink-shom-2154586.htm

In this article there are some great pieces of info such as this which go along with my last piece connecting shom to what has been reported that the Asia pacific region to be the fastest growing market in healthcare IoT:

"CES Technology Ltd. provides a range of solutions within the Healthcare Industry. CES has developed successful marketing and distribution channels. The company's network in Asia includes Taiwan, China, Japan, Korea and Malaysia. SHOM plans to use these networks to expand sales into new markets."

When investors on this board keep reading the "$9.5 billion per year health care market" I don't think they are understanding the significance. This $9.5 billion per year market they are talking about is in Malaysian....and in this next article is where all the above gets linked together. The combination of bits and pieces of everything above it seems SHOM will have a good grasp on the Malaysian market.

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.yahoo.com/amphtml/finance/news/kc-holdings-inc-visits-kuala-110000066.html?client=safari

Most people have read things here and there over the past few years about the next huge movement in investing "THE IoT"..... the internet of things.....VMWS's is just that and health care in the IoT is top three in the IoT market. As of 2014 it was a $60b market by 2020 estimated to be close to $165b and by 2022 it could be worth an estimated $410b per year. If shom can have just a piece of that pie it would mean revenue through the roof!

With the amount of money that is estimated to be in the IoT healthcare market there is no doubt that shom would need a line of credit of $180m!

https://www.google.com/amp/s/www.yahoo.com/amphtml/sports/news/southern-home-medical-inc-subsidiary-162528469.html?client=safari

It's also been reported that the Asia pacific region is going to be the faster growing market when it comes to connected health monitoring devices

"Asia-Pacific is projected to be the fastest growing region in internet of things (IoT) healthcare market, registering a CAGR of 17.0% during 2015 and 2021."

Don't take my word on this especially as I have not done the proper research and DD on it, but ces technology had a subsidiary company ces technology ltd which was the name reported in the merger with SHOM. This IT company looks very promising and fits into all the needs of shom and the develpoment of their health monitoring systems. I will try to gather more info on this a later point.

Also people who keep mentioning the kc holdings inc in their postings that has "2900 employees" is what I believe false
This post i believe is inaccurate. I am a big believer in shom and everything they do but the Bloomberg website that forwards KC HOLDING INC's homepage to intergratedcare.com is not correct. I've spoken to Tom Kerr via email and he has no idea of southern home medical or kc holding inc. this is an excerpt of or email exchange:

Hello. I received your email and wanted to let you know that we are not aware of the "link" you are referring to and have no affiliation with Southern Home Medical or any entity known as KC Holdings.

Hope this answers your questions.

Take care,
Tom
