I have read alot about information. Has anyone seen a new 10Q? Since the last was filed on May 15 for the quarter ended March 31, it seems to me that one was due for the quarter ended June 30 by Aug 15. I have checked under Furia, Front Haul and Conversion Solutions - no filings. You can find the 8K regarding the merger under Furia. Why hasn't the filing been made or an extension requested? Even though this is for the period before the merger, the subsequent events would help us all with information certified to by the officers for the SEC. Has anyone seen a publicly filed balance sheet for Conversion Solutions? In my review, I only saw a Reg D Filing.
