The motive for Seth is Publicity, even if it is negative, he is getting more famous, his name is mentioned in more than one board, remeber Emy Fisher and Joey parafucco? each is worse than the other, they got the publicity, made lots of money, everytime Seth Publish one of his Articles knows that his name will get mentioned by 37k long holders beside the shorts that will cheer up for hiom, and the web site will get more hits than ever, that is all.
