In this article there are some great pieces of info such as this which go along with my last piece connecting shom to what has been reported that the Asia pacific region to be the fastest growing market in healthcare IoT:

Don't take my word on this especially as I have not done the proper research and DD on it, but ces technology had a subsidiary company ces technology ltd which was the name reported in the merger. This i t company looks very promising and fits into all the needs of shom and the develpoment of their health monitoring systems. I will try to gather more info on this a later point.
