There apparently is a group of ERHC shareholders who claim to hold a large percentage who are perfectly happy with the way things are going. They don't care about having shareholder meetings. They think the amount of disclosure is fine. They don't care about BOD voting. They think management is doing a good job. They think ERHC is grossly undervalued. And they want no changes to occur. That has been the way it has been for years, that is why there have been no changes and that is why there will be no changes. I guess we will see how that works out very,very soon.
