Not sure that bankruptcy is the path ERHC would take. The debenture holders would not like that. The IRS won't force it. And I think CEPSA will just take Kenya if they want it. If PN and SO can keep getting their full salaries why file for bankruptcy? Eventually salaries won't be paid. The silent majority will wise up and something will happen. I am just not sure existing shareholders will be a part of whatever happens.
