Hi I've spoken to Mr. Perkins twice on the phone and once by email. As far as Ceo's go I'm very impressed. I called once and he answered he was on a long distance call overseas. He asked if I could him back in 20 Mins. He actually called me back in and we spoke for 12 Mins and 30 Secs. I explained that I was a shareholder. I asked him many questions about the company. It is so rare to find a CEO in the Pennyworld that actually cares about his shareholders.
I will share some of our conversation. As most everyone knows The auditor just completed the audit. When we spoke they were in the process of completing it. They are in the process of filing a Form 10 with the Sec which will make Exai and Nationwide a reporting company. He expected this document to filed in the next 10 days. We spoke on Wed, Nov 16th in the evening. So maybe we see something next week.

The name change and ticker symbol request will be filed shortly. After the formal name change and ticker symbol, we plan on uplisting to OTCQB.

I asked Him if he or the company were buying shares on the open market. He said yes he always buys shares of his company, because he believes in what he is doing. I told him I was impressed with symbol GREI his other company. He said he thinks EXAI price will continue to grow just like GREI.

Take a good look at the activity and price of this stock. I believe he is buying the float up. I know cause I have had bids in and this stock is hard to buy at the Bid. If you want it you will have to buy shares at the ask before it moves up to the next leg.IMHO.
After speaking to him I did buy more shares cause honestly I was impressed by him. I've been in the stock since .02 I haven't sold one share yet.

Mr Perkins also said that they are raising $6.5 Million USD. that will allow Nationwide to move from a Microfinance company to a full fledged saving and loans.
I have tons more info but I don't want to bore anyone lol. I think he is buying up shares left and right and in the future filings we will see that. Like the other posts here on the board. I have confidence in a Ceo that is buying stock in his own company and I think this price will continue to rise much higher. Anyone here have any thoughts on this? I would like to hear.
Thanks.
